This is the fish that lives deep in the world

Fotonoticia 20171129111114 640 Pseudoliparis swirei is a species of snailfish that lives in the Mariana Trench, the deepest place on Earth. Not in vain, this fish is capable of inhabiting depths of 8,000 meters .
It has been described by its discoverers this week in the magazine Zootaxa .

Mariana Trench

According to the study's lead author Mackenzie Gerringer , a postdoctoral researcher at Friday Harbor Laboratories at the University of Washington:
This is the deepest fish that has been collected from the bottom of the ocean, and we are very happy to have an official name. They do not seem very strong to live in such an extreme environment, but they are very successful.
Little is known about how these fish can live under the intense pressure of water. During the research trips in 2014 and 2017, the scientists collected 37 specimens of the new species from depths of approximately 6,900 meters to 8,000 meters. Since then, a research team from Japan has recorded images of fish swimming at depths of 8,134 meters, the deepest sighting so far :
